Promised benefits

BSN says use of their blend can provide increased:

  • Strength & endurance
  • Energy
  • Muscle growth
  • Alertness and focus
  • Nitric oxide, pumps and vascularity

How Does it all Stack up?

N.O.-Xplode 2.0 contains concentrated amounts of electrolytes that should help pump up muscle tissues with blood and water, and the nitric oxide and insulin-providing ingredients are included for their pump-providing and strength-increasing abilities and a quick look at the label suggests this is a nutritious mix that should provide everything the body requires to complete—and recover from—a grueling workout. AAKG, NAD, Gypenoside [source], I-Histidine and Citrulline Malate are included to kick-start the release of nitric oxide and the blend also contains three forms of glycerol that should enable the body to take maximum advantage of water and use it to help pump up muscle mass. The inclusion of carreing and taurine will no doubt generate extra energy and provide the extra mental alertness and focus needed to concentrate on the job (weight) in hand.

Health Considerations

BSN advise consumers to seek medical advice prior to commencing supplementation if they have current health problems or concerns.  They also warn against using N.O.-Xplode alongside medications and state that supplementation should be stopped if side effects become an issue. The product is unsuitable for use by anyone who suffers from the genetic disorder Hyper Beta-Alaninemia. Pregnant and nursing mothers should never commence any form of supplementation or pursue new health and fitness goals unless their doctor has advised them it is safe to do so.
